A Short Note from Milton - January 2010

We have been able to send the students to schools, which opened on 4th Jan, though the money we have paid is not enough to cater for the whole term. We have three Form Fours who are supposed to clear their whole year fees before they register for the exams in mid February; their fees are ksh.30,000 each, and we have so far only paid ksh.15,000 each, we need another ksh.45,000. We also need ksh.130,000 for the other 13 secondary students to clear their first term fees.

Another Short Note from Milton - May 2010

We are very sorry for the delay of the information. We were not sure of the exact date of the meeting.
Most of our secondary students are in form 2, 3 and 4. Its our humble request that you help enable them finish their secondary school course. The primary school fees and other expenses can hold on as their needs are not very urgent.
We have a total of 16 secondary school students as at now as they appear on the list which we sent together with the budget. For us to clear their fees for this year we will need Ksh. 240,000(this is inclusive of other small expenses like extra tuition fees during holidays).
We are just coming to the end of easter holidays and schools are due to open next week on tuesday 4th.
We have a balance of ksh. 12,000 in the account right now.

Note: A sum of money has since been sent out to assist with ongoing school fees.

As I had informed you we used the project money to purchase some of the equipments which are available.

Note: This refers to the money we have forwarded to enable the catering project to proceed.
